Spiritual Vitamins A to Z
Anxious? Take Vitamin A. 
(Romans 8:28) And we know that all things work together for good to them 
that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.
Blue? Take Vitamin B. 
(Psalms 103:1) A Psalm of David. Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that 
is within me, bless His holy name.
Crushed? Take Vitamin C. 
(1 Pet 5:7) Casting all your care upon Him; for He careth for you.
Depressed? Take Vitamin D. 
(James 4:8) Draw nigh to God, and He will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your 
hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.
Empty? Take Vitamin E. 
(Psalms 100:4) Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His 
courts with praise: be thankful unto Him, and bless His name.
Fearful? Take Vitamin F. 
(Isaiah 41:10) Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I 
am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will 
uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
Greedy? Take Vitamin G.

Mortgaged? Take Vitamin M.

upon me.
Nervous? Take Vitamin N.

Overwhelmed? Take Vitamin O.

Quitting? Take Vitamin Q. 
(1 Corinthian 16:13) Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like

Restless? Take Vitamin R. 
(Psalms 37:7) Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for Him: fret not 
thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who 
bringeth wicked devices to pass.
Scared? Take Vitamin S. 
(1 Sam 22:23) Abide thou with Me, fear not: for he that seeketh my life 
seeketh thy life: but with Me thou shalt be in safeguard.
Tired? Take Vitamin T. 
(Isaiah 40:31) But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their 
strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not 
be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
Uncertain? Take Vitamin U. 
(Isaiah 43:10) Ye are My witnesses, saith the LORD, and My servant whom I 
have chosen: that ye may know and believe Me, and understand that I am He: 
before Me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after Me.
Vain? Take Vitamin V.

unto Jerusalem, bringing sick folks, and them which were vexed with unclean 
spirits: and they were healed every one.
Wondering what to do? Take Vitamin W. 
(Micah 6:8) He hath showed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the

humbly with thy God?
eXhausted? Take Vitamin X.

Yearning for hope? Take Vitamin Y. 
(Psalms 23:4) Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of

comfort me.
Zapped? Take Vitamin Z. 
(Titus 2:14) Who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from all 
iniquity, and purify unto Himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
My Comments: I just thought this list was an incredible effort to reflect all the promises God has for us when we are so overwhelmed by the circumstances of our lives.
